K\u0131r\u0131kkale 1. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi, 08.06.2026 tarihli duru\u015fmada dava dosyas\u0131n\u0131 karara ba\u011flad\u0131. Mahkeme, C\u00f6nger\u2019in T\u00fcrk Ceza Kanunu\u2019nun (TCK) 251\/1. maddesi kapsam\u0131nda 5 y\u0131l 2 ay 15 g\u00fcn hapis cezas\u0131 ile cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na h\u00fckmetti. Kararla birlikte C\u00f6nger hakk\u0131nda yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yasa\u011f\u0131 dahil olmak \u00fczere adli kontrol tedbirlerinin ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 uygulanmas\u0131na karar verildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0130\u00c7\u0130\u015eLER\u0130 BAKANLI\u011eI G\u00d6REVDEN UZAKLA\u015eTIRDI&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mahkemenin verdi\u011fi bu mahkumiyet ve adli kontrol kararlar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 jet h\u0131z\u0131yla harekete ge\u00e7ti.
